"My first experience with Sportland 2 was in October of 2012. I was test driving a 2002 Intruder/Volusia from a private owner in the area, and brought it by to have the service department check it out on the recommendation of the owner. I don't remember the service persons name, but he was extremely accomodating. Based on his expert opinion, we puchased the bike and I still own it. We also decided to purchase some tie-downs and a new helmet because of the service man's fantastic customer service. The sales person was extremely helpful and pleasant, and was very knowledgable in helping us chose the proper size. Recently, I called and spoke to Justin and Dave from your parts department looking for a replacement battery for my Volusia. They both were very patient and thorough in there explainations on the different batteries available, which resulted in my decision to purchase my battery there. Overall, I have received excellent customer service from your variious departments, and would like to thank you for providing services that you don't find very often in this society anymore. "While it took some time to make a deal and when I picked up the bike a had a small problem, but the dealership came thru made everything rite and will have a new Kawasaki customer for some time. I have had 2 Yamaha's before I bought the new 1700 Nomad and I have to say that after reading thru all the reviews and forum info on the Kawasaki Nomad, I feel I made the rite choice. Sportland2 is a good dealer to work with! They listen to you and do the best they can to make things rite if you have a problem. You can't ask any more of a dealership than that. Everyone there is friendly and eager to help, not to mention answer any questions you may have. There are other Kawasaki dealer arround, but I am glad I chose Sportland2!"
"My wife and I were traveling through Milwaukee Wi when we broke down on our Goldwing. Having looked online Sportland2 came up. When the wrecker showed up he said they were very good. We got there and they looked at it right away, and diagnosed the problem. Then they went beyond what was expected. They could not get a new part until the following Monday,( This was on a Friday aftrenoon). But were willing to take the part off a used bike they had for sale so we could continue on our trip. I've been riding all my life, lived around the USA, and do high mileage touring, 50k /annual. "In Jan. 2007, I purchashed a used 2005 Honda Shadow Aero and came to Sportland2 to purchase accessories. Everyone that I met was very helpful and friendly. I wanted a heavy-duty, classicly styled windshield and an engine guard. The parts dept. steered me towards the exact accessories that I was looking for, and even pointed me towards a less expensive option that was just as good as the pricier one. The parts were in stock, so I made an appointment to have Sportland2 pick up/deliver my bike. I also had purchased some saddlebags on my own and asked if they could be mounted for me when my bike was in. No problem! (The rear turn signals had to be re-located for my type of saddlebags.) Everything was taken care of in the estimated amount of time and my final bill was exactly what they told me it would cost. No surprises. Given the great customer service that I received, I will definitely continue to bring my bike in to Sportland2 for regular maintenance, parts, etc. "

"On Sunday, 08/13/06, I laid my bike down in a low MPH accident. It appeared the handlebars were bent and my clutch lever/mirror housing was bent. I brought my bike in for a damage estimate on Monday, 08/14/06, as we are leaving town on Saturday for Memphis. The service rep was very helpful and told us he would put a rush on the estimate and on ordering parts in an attempt to get the bike fixed by Saturday. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us. However, in speaking with Moira and Randy, Randy came out to my bike, looked it over and determined the only thing wrong was my risers were "tweaked" and shifted the handlebars back into position. We then shifted my mirror making it useful once again. This type of service goes above and beyond my expectations of a sales rep's position. Both Randy and Moira have provided my family (we have now purchased 3 bikes from Sportland)with outstanding customer service. "As a female, I felt a little intimidated shopping for my first motorcycle. When I walked into Sportland 2, I was suprised, and pleased, to be greeted by Mora. I am planning to make my purchase in the Spring of 2006, and had visited the website first. I wanted to see the models in person & see what bike I fit on. Mora was very helpful and assured me I am making the right choice. I thought I wanted a larger bike, but was shown the Suzuki GS500F instead. Absolutley PERFECT.
